. Upon booking - $5,000 reservation deposit due upon booking. If the dates are 90 days out (or less), 100% of the reservation amount will be due upon booking.
. 90 days prior to check-in - Rental balance is due 90 days prior to checking-in along with the Food and Beverage Deposits of $250 per person.
. 2 days prior to check-in - $1500 Damage Deposit due 2 days prior to check-in, this is a hold our reservations system places on a card.
. Food and Beverage Balance - Guests pay the balance of the Food and Unlimited Beverage Plan Cost at the villa. See the Culinary + Mixology tab for details.
. A 6% late fee is applied by the automated reservation system on any accounts with past-due balances 90 days prior to check-in and the reservation dates held expire. It is important to pay past due balances quickly on expired reservations because the dates again become available and are at risk of other parties and booking partners (like VRBO and Airbnb) leasing until the balance is paid.

Private Paradise gaming theater has a PlayStation 4 with some downloaded games and a Nintendo Switch Docking station if you bring your Nintendo switch game. All three theaters are connected via Apple TV to the internet so you can easily log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime or other account to watch movies and TV shows on demand.

Guest may use the refrigerator and microwave in the guest kitchen to store and reheat items but do not have access to the backstage chef kitchen. Would you really want to cook and clean for 20 guests on vacation?

Mexico taxes and credit card fees are high for businesses and the government holds up to 50% toward income tax on all money that they receive through credit cards. While everyone takes credit cards, you are allowed to bring up to $10,000 US Dollars per person and suffice it to say that you can usually save money when you do! US dollars and Mexican pesos are accepted everywhere but the exchange rates change daily and can be slightly different between vendors on any given day.

Cancun & Cozumel international airports have many US & Canada flights daily. Arriving at Cancun takes just a private shuttle from the airport, a ferry to Cozumel and private shuttle to the villa. Arriving at Cozumel is as simple as hopping at a private shuttle at the airport, and after only 15 minutes you will be greeted at the villa by your private team of concierge, bartender, cooks, etc.

Private Paradise is seldom vacant, and it is a very big complex with things for our staff to maintain in the short changeover time between rentals. If your flights arrive before 3:30pm, please inquire for early check-in availability.

Private Paradise has a generator that is the best on the island. In the event of a storm it is equipped to run all of the features of the villa entirely on its own.

Private Paradise keeps the same internet service offered to hotels that is ultra high speed for broadband connections and streaming. Additionally, we keep a backup star link connection for emergencies.

Yes we have plenty of bottled water provided in every room and backups in the main refrigerator and at all bars at all times. Additionally Private Paradise uses a top of the line reverse osmosis system to ensure the purest cleanest water circulating in the villa at all times.
