Our Philosophy

A dining journey

Savor The Mouth-Watering Art Of Seven Speciality Chefs And Master Mixologists.

At traditional villas a single chef prescribes all the meals but in just a few days the food tastes the same. You would never go to an Asian restaurant and ask them to cook Italian or a Mexican restaurant and ask them to make sushi but essentially that is what families do when they stay at other villas! At Private Paradise guests experience the finest culinary art of daily rotating private chefs so no two meals are ever the same and each is tailored to any dietary restrictions that you may have.

Forget stressful group meal and shopping decisions because made to order hot breakfast, delicious lunches, and butlered pool-side hors d’oeuvres appear automatically , including fresh lobster, caviar and more.

Private Paradise also maintains hard-to-come-by, standing reservations at the finest vetted restaurants on the island so our privileged guests get to experience them and being out on the town every other evening. In a whole week, guests only pay extra for what they order on these three alternating nights and these meals cost substantially less than prices at comparable restaurants in the USA . Private Paradise can also offer take-out and luxury dine-in options for these three nights based on guest’s private chef preference, availability, meal choices and pricing.

Most people don’t eat at home every night because they prefer an enjoyable dining change and that is the wonderful element that our exciting All-Island Exclusive Vacation experience delivers. Private Paradise guests return from Cozumel the satisfaction of really getting to experience this safe and clean exotic island and the friendly culture of the people. It’s a delicious and delightful new VIP vacation experience compared to traditional all-inclusive resorts where guests never dine out and encouraged not to venture out.

MIXOLOGY

Discover the difference between basic drinks, poured at typical villas and the stocked royal drinkeries at Private Paradise.

Our Club 33 martini bar is named and modeled after Walt Disney’s hidden elite club. Likewise this is your private lounge and gathering place to dance, entertain friends and sip grand creations made by trained mixologists using fresh scratched spices, smoke and a myriad of other ingredients. Even the tall delicate stemware here has been hand selected and polished to feel world’s apart in your lips from the thick, short, nearly unbreakable glasses of typical villas and resorts.

At the Flyin Mayan swim-up bar, guests also enjoy an elevated beverage experience and access to all televised USA college and professional sporting events. Here complex tropical libations are crafted from fresh squeezed juices and sometimes served in carved-out pineapples made right before your eyes.

It’s the ultimate relax, sip, watch, cheer, taste experience and all in a swim-up bar protected from rain and heated to the your desired temperature.

Enjoy just a small photographic glimpse into the mixology
